摘要
目的探讨改良舌弓在矫治下颌埋伏牙中的作用。方法5例下颌埋伏牙患者均采用外科一正畸联合治疗,配合戴入改良舌弓,利用改良舌弓位于舌侧不锈钢丝上的附钩,将埋伏牙牙冠朝向正常的位置方向牵引,直到接近其正常的位置。采用直丝弓技术排齐牙列,调整咬合关系。对治疗后牙齿的松动度、牙髓活力等进行观察。结果5例下颌埋伏牙均被牵引至牙弓的正常位置,牙髓活力测试正常,牙周附着良好,无邻牙和埋伏牙牙根吸收。结论改良舌弓在矫治下颌埋伏牙时,在矫治力方向设计和支抗控制方面有独特优点和作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of modified lingual arch on treating mandibular impacted teeth. Methods 5 mandibular impacted teeth all underwent surgery management and orthodontic treatment. After surgical exposure, a lingual knot button was firmly bonded on the surfaces of the impacted crowns. The modified lingual arch was then installed. The hook attached to the lingual stainless steel wire of the rod pulled the impacted teeth to approach its regular normal position. The occlusion was adjusted through straight wire appliance. The condition of pulp, tooth mobility and other factors were evaluated after treatment. Results Five mandibular impacted teeth were moved to normal position. The pulp condition and periodontal attachment are normal. No root resorption of adjacent teeth or impacted teeth was found. Conclusions The modified lingual arch has unique advantages in treating mandibular impacted teeth on control of anchorage and force direction.
