城市80后利益性焦虑心态及其成因探究

当下我国社会正处于转型加速期,在房价居高不下、物价持续上涨、高质量教育供给不足、稳定就业困难、老龄社会带来的沉重养老压力和医疗资源短缺等现实问题面前,城市中大多数自身是独生子女的80后,在婚恋、就业、育儿、养老方面的压力越来越大,外显为社会焦虑。社会转型节奏加快,社会开放与信息化程度的跃升对人、尤其是青年人的心理冲击加大。城市80后需保持脚踏实地的工作状态和积极乐观的生活态度,这是克服暂时利益性焦虑的必要的良好的心态。

The present society is in transform acceleration period in our country, the high house prices, rising prices, high quality education, stable employment difficulty, the pressure of heavy endowment aging society and re- ality problems such as shortage of medical resources, most of the city after 80 itself is only children, in marriage, employment, child care, pension pressure is more and more big, the explicit anxiety for the society. Speed up the pace of social transformation, an open society and informatization level of jumped has great impact on psychological of people,, especially young people. City after 80s needs to keep their feet on the ground working status and positive and optimistic attitude towards life, it is a good state of mind to overcome temporary interests anxiety.
