正交试验法优选疏肝和胃颗粒的水提工艺

Optimization of Water Extraction Process of Shugan Hewei Granules by Orthogonal Experiment

目的:确定疏肝和胃颗粒最佳水提工艺参数,为疏肝和胃颗粒水提工艺的生产提供参考。方法:以水提液蒸干残渣70%浸出物为评定指标,采用正交试验设计优化疏肝和胃颗粒水提工艺参数。结果:疏肝和胃颗粒水提最佳工艺条件为:以14倍量水提取2次,每次提取1 h。结论:该提取工艺稳定、合理,对制剂生产具有指导意义。

Objective ：To provide a reference for the industrial production of water extract of shugan hewei granules by optimization the technological parameters of water extraction process. Methods ：The technological parameters of water extraction process of shugan hewei granules was optimized by orthogonal experiment using 70%ethanol extract of dry residues of water extract as an indicater. Results ：The process for water extraction was optizimed as extraction with 14 times of volumes of water for 2 times, 1 hour for each. Conclusion ：The optimized extraction process is stable and rational, which is of a guiding signifiance in the production of the drug.
