摘要
单剂量滴眼液弥补了多剂量滴眼液的一些缺陷和不足,近些年在眼科用药的选择中受到越来越多的关注。本文分别从单剂量滴眼液的装量、无防腐剂、政策支持、经济性、生产工艺与设备以及缺点等角度分析近年来有关单剂量滴眼液的应用现状,阐述其开发应用前景。
Single-dose eye drops, in which many shortcomings of multi-dose eye drops were overcome, are paid more and more attention in the choice of ophthalmic drugs in recent years. The application of single-dose eye drops in recent years, including the filling quantity, freedom from preservatives, policy support, the economy,production process and equipment, as well as the disadvantages and broad development prospects, are reviewed in this paper.
