摘要
通过对金叶桃叶卫矛进行的初步组织培养研究试验,得出的结果表明:最佳的灭菌方法是0.1%升汞6min+70%酒精25s;最佳的外植体是茎段;最佳的初代培养基是WPM;最佳的继代培养基是WPM+2.0mg/L6-BA+IBA(0.5)。
On the cultivation of organization through the preliminary test of gold leaf of Euonymus bungeanus,it showed the results obtained show that the best sterilization method is 0. 1% mercuric chloride 6min ＋ 70% alcohol25 s. The optimum explant is stem segments; the optimal initial medium was WPM,best subculture medium was WPM ＋ 2. 0mg / L6- BA ＋ IBA（ 0. 5）.
