摘要
发展城郊公路是落实"十三五"规划、推动城市发展、加快城郊交通发展、完善基础设施建设的需要,也是完善乡村交通布局、改善农村交通条件、促进当地农业发展的需要。黑龙江省方正镇城乡村田间路硬化工程,提高了本区域交通的可达性和交通效率,同时本工程的建设也将完善区域公路网和综合运输网,促进了区域综合运输网的形成。
In the development of suburban highway of implementation the thirteenth five year planning,it tends to promote urban development and accelerate the development of suburban transportation. The need to improve the infrastructure construction,the layout of rural transportation,traffic conditions in rural areas,the development of the local agricultural is necessary. Heilongjiang Province founder towns,urban and rural village field road hardening projects has improved the regional transportation accessibility and transportation efficiency and also the construction of the project. As last,it tends to improve the regional highway network and comprehensive transport network and promote the formation of regional integrated transportation network.
