κ基因结合核因子、白细胞介素-24以及Mimecan基因与临床子宫内膜癌的关联性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨κ基因结合核因子(NF-κB)、白细胞介素-24(IL-24)以及Mimecan基因与临床子宫内膜癌的关联性。方法将子宫内膜癌患者115例依照子宫内膜癌分期的不同分为子宫内膜癌Ⅰ期组(30例)、子宫内膜癌Ⅱ期组(32例)、子宫内膜癌Ⅲ期组(28例)以及子宫内膜癌Ⅳ期组(25例),另外选取健康女性30例为健康组进行对比研究,5组分别测定血清中NF-κB、IL-24以及Mimecan基因水平并进行相关性分析。结果子宫内膜癌Ⅰ期组、Ⅱ期组、Ⅲ期组以及Ⅳ期组患者血清中NF-κB、IL-24以及Mimecan基因含量较健康组均有明显的升高(P均<0.05);子宫内膜癌4组间两两比较,NF-κB、IL-24以及Mimecan基因均具有明显的差异(P均<0.05);子宫内膜癌患者血清中κ基因结合核因子、IL-24以及Mimecan基因含量与病情严重度存在正相关(r=0.81,r=0.70,r=0.74,P<0.05);子宫内膜癌患者血清中NF-κB水平与Mimecan基因水平存在正相关(r=0.77,P均<0.05),NF-κB水平与IL-24水平也存在正相关(r=0.79,P<0.05)。结论 NF-κB、IL-24以及Mimecan基因三者之间的相互协同作用,共同促进了临床子宫内膜癌的发生以及发展。 Objective It is to explore the correlation of NF- kB, IL- 24 and Mimecan gene with endometrial carcinoma. Methods 115 cases of patients with endometrial carcinoma (EC) were divided into stage I EC group (n = 30), stage II EC group (n = 32), stage III EC group (n = 28), stage IV EC group (n = 25 ) according to disease staging. 30 healthy women were selected as healthy group for comparing. The serum levels of NF - KB, IL - 24 and Mimecan gene were detected to do correlating analysis. Results The serum contents of NF - KB, IL - 24 and Mimecan gene were significantly higher in EC groups than that in healthy group (P 〈 0.05). Pairwise comparison showed that NF- KB, IL- 24 and Mimecan gene all had significant differences (P 〈 0.05) among the four EC groups. There were positive relationships between the contents of NF - KB, IL - 24 and Mimecan gene and disease severity( r = 0.81, r = 0.70, r = 0.74, P 〈 0.05 ). Serum NF - KB was positively related with Mimecan gene( r = 0.77, P 〈 0.05 ) and IL - 24 ( r = 0. 79, P 〈 0. 01 ) in the patients with EC. Conclusion NF - KB, IL -24 and Mimecan gene may act synergistically in the occurrence and development of EC.
