近年来俄旅游市场出现了一些新变化和新需求,俄罗斯来华旅游人数呈下降趋势,中国赴俄旅游人数呈增长势头。黑龙江省对俄旅游在区域流向、产品丰富度及服务水平等方面与全国相比仍存在一定差异,具有自身的阶段性特征。面对新变化、新需求和新特征,黑龙江对俄旅游需要实施立足于以入境游为长期发展目标的近远期相结合以及赴俄出境旅游多区域分散布局的区域发展策略,采取捆绑营销和互联网营销互助的组合营销办法,探索中方在俄投资基础设施的合作运营模式。
In recent years, some new changes and new demands have appeared in Russia's tourism market. The Russian tourists to China present the downward tendency, while the Chinese tourists to Russia are in growth momentum. The tourism of Heilongjiang Province to Russia still has some differences compared to the whole country in terms of area flow direction, product abundance and service level, etc., and it has its own stage characteristics. Facing the new changes, new demands and new characteristics, the tourism of Heilongjiang Province to Russia needs to set its foot in the combination of short-term and long-term development objectives but taking the inbound tourism as the long term objective, and the regional development strategy with multi-area distributive pattern in outbound tourism to Russia. It should adopt the combination marketing including bundling marketing and Internet marketing, and explore the cooperative operation mode of China to invest infrastructure in Russia.
