摘要
介绍了膜分离氢提纯技术在甲醇装置驰放气氢气回收单元的应用。并就该系统投用后对解决装置驰放气放空氢损耗问题进行性能考核。采用膜分离技术回收甲醇驰放气中的氢气,氢气回收率提高了9%,提高了驰放气中氢资源利用效率,节能降耗显著,经济效益可观。
Application of membrane separation for hydrogen purification in purge gas recovery process was introduced, and the implementation in synthesis units of methanol plant.also had a performance test of the system, which was used to solve the loss problem of hydrogen purge gas venting, with the technology of membrane separation, the hydrogen recovery rate increased by 9%, and improved hydrogen resource utilization efficiency in purge gas and lowering energy consumption was significantly, enormous economic benefit were obtained.
