P6软件在石油石化项目进度管理中的应用

以高等级电缆聚乙烯专用料(XLPE)生产线项目为例,阐述了如何在SAP系统和P6系统中建立进度计划,以及在P6增强系统中进行进度的检测与反馈。将SAP系统、P6和P6增强系统数据同步关联,从而对设计、采购和施工进度和费用进行监控,提高了计划编制效率、实现了快速聚焦影响进度的责任方及工程进度管理的精细化、并初步实现了模块化、系统化、标准化、有效地反映了项目形象进度,使得项目进度和费用得到了有利的控制,对细化进度管理和业主决策提供了可靠的依据。

High-grade cable polyethylene compound （XLPE） production line project is studied as an example.The paper describes how to set up schedule in the SAP system and P6 system, as well as detect and feedback schedule in P6 enhanced system, associate and synchronize data of the SAP system, P6 system and P6 enhancement system.The software can monitor engineering, procurement and construction schedules and costs.It will improve the efficiency of making plan, rapidlyfind out responsible party which affects progress, achieve refinement of management, and achieve realization of modular, systematic, standardized, effectively reflect image progress of project.The project schedule and cost will be advantageously controlled.So it provides a reliable basis for refinement of the schedule management and owner＇s decision.
