2008年10月份华庆项目部开始在甘肃省华池县元城镇进行定向井作业,到目前已完钻注水井,采油井一百余口,完井周期也已经由原先的二十天提高到现在的十天,相继解决了延安、延长组卡钻问题,洛河段井漏问题,完井电测直罗遇阻问题,现在影响提速的最大问题是井眼轨迹控制问题。
