铁碳反应床处理焦化含酚废水的研究

摘要 采用碳钢屑/活性炭混合床反应器对焦化废水中COD的去除以及影响因素进行了研究,并利用电化学方法对混合床反应器去除焦化废水中有机物的机理作了探讨。结果表明,碳钢屑/活性炭混合床反应器可以有效地去除焦化废水中的有机物,COD的去除率能达到50%左右;p H值对混合床反应器去除焦化废水中COD的影响不大;絮凝剂对提高焦化废水COD的去除率是有限的;碳钢屑/活性炭混合床反应器对焦化废水中有机物的去除主要是通过电絮凝器作用。 Carbon steel scrap/charcoal mixed bed reactor coking wastewater removal of COD and influencing factors were studied, and the mechanism of electrochemical method coking wastewater by mixed bed reactor removal were discussed.The results show that the steel scrap/charcoal mixed bed reactor can effectively remove organic coking wastewater, COD removal rate can reach about 50% pH value of the mixed bed reactor to remove the little impact of coking wastewater COD ; flocculation agents to improve the coking wastewater COD removal is limited ~ removing steel shavings/charcoal mixed bed reactor for coking wastewater mainly by electrical flocculator role.
