摘要
脱氢反应部分控制复杂,阀门切换频繁,操作人员劳动强度大,时间长、环境差,为避免人为误操作事故的发生,设计了顺序控制系统。主要介绍了反应器顺序控制系统的组成及特点,分析了顺控系统测试与运行中出现的主要问题及解决方法。
Dehydrogenation of complex partial control, valve switching frequency, the operator labor intensity, long time, the environment is poor, in order to avoid the occurrence of human error accidents, the sequential control system design.Mainly introduces the composition and characteristics of the reactor sequence control system, we analyze the main problems with the operation of the system test sequence appearing and solutions.
