化工业是我国的支柱型产业之一,它的发展直接推动了我国社会经济的建设。然而,目前我国的化工设备管道安装过程中,受到安装技术、管理、人员素质等多种因素的影响,现场的安装技术和质量管理工作难以得到有效落实,为工程质量埋下了不少的隐患。笔者将重点针对化工管道安装中常见的一些质量问题和解决对策展开详细的探讨。

Chemical industry is one of the pillar industries in our country, its development directly promotes the construction of social economy in our country.However, at present China＇s chemical equipment and pipeline installation process, such as the install technology, management, personnel quality and so on many kinds of factors influence, on-site installation technology and quality management work is difficult to be effectively implemented, as the quality of the project is buried under the many hidden dangers. The author will focus on the chemical pipeline installation in some of the common quality problems and Countermeasures to expand the detailed discussion.
