摘要
聚甲醛作为一种工程塑料,其生产过程包括甲醛制备、三聚甲醛和二氧五环合成、聚合反应及后处理过程、成品包装、公用工程。生产过程会产生大量的含甲醛废水、锅炉烟气、洗涤塔废气、炉渣、灰分、脱硫膏等液、气、固三种形态的"三废",通过采取废水生化处理、废气吸收排放及燃烧、废渣回收再利用等措施,降低"三废"对环境的危害。同时,生产过程中由于管道内物料输送、空气风机等大型动设备运转也会产生大量噪声,通过管道加装保温、设备安装消音器起到降低和消除噪声的作用。
