摘要
某石化污水厂生化处理系统采用"水解酸化+A/O+曝气池+二沉池"的处理工艺,调研发现其中"曝气池+二沉池"处理工艺存在水力停留时间(HRT)较长、出水COD不达标以及处理效果不稳定等问题。为此,我们设计并现场运行气升式生物膜反应器小试装置,在稳定运行期间进行了一系列试验,得到其最佳工艺条件为HRT 24h、温度30℃等,在此条件下反应器出水COD下降到60mg/L左右,氨氮小于1mg/L,并能长期稳定达标。另外,相较于原处理工艺,新的处理反应器缩短HRT近40%,为企业节能减排提供可选方案。
We investigate and detailed analysis the biological treatment system operating status and water indicators.We found that the HRT of treatment process is long and effluent COD is 70-80mg/L which cannot be 60mg/L.For this, the optimum conditions and treatment effect of the airlift biofilm reactor which is designed by the laboratory is found.When HRT is 24h, 30℃ and A/O segment as reactor' s influent, finally the effluent COD of the reactor is about 60mg/L, ammonia lmg/L.And when we change the influent quality, the effluent can be remained standard.ln addition, compared to the original treatment process, the new processing reactor shorten the HRT nearly 40%, to provide an alternative solution for the enterprise energy saving and emission reduction.
