住宅内装工业化的白电设计及施工探索

Design and Construction Exploration of White Appliances in Industrialization of Interior Residential Decoration

为实现内装工程保质、提效、增寿和降价的目标,白电部品系统集成必须模数化、标准化,同时应注重分析住宅内装工业化对白电部品的实际需求。阐述白电设计的三个要素:标准配置、模数选择和电源布置。在此基础上探讨空调、冰箱、洗衣机、油烟机、灶具和电热水器等住宅内装工业化的施工要点。随着住宅工业化建造模式的升温,内装工业化是未来发展的必然趋势。

For the purpose of quality guarantee, efficiency improvement, service life increase and price reduction of interior decoration projects, system integration of white appliances parts must be modularized and standardized, and actual demands of white household appliances parts in industrialization of interior residential decoration should be analyzed. This paper discusses three elements in design of white household appliances, i. e. standard configuration, modulus selection and power layout, and then makes a study of construction points for industrialization of interior residential decoration of air conditioner, refrigerator, washing machine, range hood, cooker and electric water heater. With the development of construction model of housing industrialization, it is an inevitable trend to develop the interior decoration industrialization.
