摘要 运用机器视觉检测密封圈尺寸具有自动化程度高、操作灵活、精度高、适用性强和传输可靠等优点,能够克服传统人工检测方法效率低、误检率高等不足。本文开展了密封圈视觉检测系统的软件关键设计技术研究。首先完成了密封圈视觉检测系统的软件总体设计;接着,通过对视觉检测的图像处理核心算法进行对比性实验,完成了软件的图像操作、图像滤波、图像增强、图像分割和边缘检测等核心程序的设计。实验结果表明,本文所建立的设计技术,能够取得较好的处理效果。 Applying machine vision on the detection of seal ring size has some advantages,like high automation,flexible operation,high precision,strong applicability and reliable transmission. Etc. soit can overcome low efficiency of traditional manual detection,high false detection rate and other defects. This paper developes a research of software design technology as the key for seal ring visual inspection system. fist,the software of ring vision inspection system is designed. Secondly,the design of core program including image manipulation,image filtering,image enhancement,image segmentation and edge detection of software were finished by conducting comparative experiments on image processing core algorithm of visual inspection. Experiment results showed that the design technology established in this work can acquire better treatment effect.
