多功能红外光谱治疗仪联合喜辽妥软膏治疗老年静脉炎患者的疗效观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Multi-function Infrared Spectrum Therapeutic Apparatus Combined with Hirudoid Cream for Treatment of Elderly Patients with Phlebitis

目的:观察多功能红外光谱治疗仪联合喜辽妥软膏治疗老年静脉炎患者的效果。方法:将80例老年静脉炎患者分为观察组和对照组,观察组在静脉炎处给予喜辽妥软膏轻轻按摩5-10分钟,同时予多功能红外光谱治疗仪照射患处20分钟每日2次;对照组给予50%硫酸镁湿敷,每次30分钟,每日2次。对两组的疗效进行评价。结果:观察组有效率为100%,对照组为87.5%,观察组疗效优于对照组。结论:多功能红外光谱治疗仪联合喜辽妥软膏能有效治疗老年静脉炎患者。

Objective： to explore the effect of Multi- function infrared spectrum therapeutic apparatus combined with hirudoid cream on treating senile phlebitis. Methods： 80 senile patients with phlebitis were divided into observation group and control group,Observation group give hirudoid cream in the phlebitis and gently massage for 5-10 minutes,at the same time use the multi-function infrared spectrum therapeutic raying the affected areas 20 minutes and twice a day,The control group given 50% magnesium sulfate wet compress,and 30 minutes each time and two times a day; To evaluate the curative effect of two groups. Results： the observation group effective rate was 100% to control group was 87. 5%. the observation group curative effect is better than the control group. Conclusion： multi-function infrared spectrum therapeutic apparatus combined therapy with hirudoid cream can effectively treat senile phlebitis.
