食管超声引导下经胸封堵治疗局限性主动脉夹层

Esophageal ultrasound guides the occlusion in aortic dissection

主动脉夹层（aortic dissection）是心血管疾病中最为凶险,也是常见的复杂的主动脉疾病之一,而Stanford A型病死率最高。Stanford A型的治疗方法中占主导地位的仍是传统开放手术,腔内修复术的应用仍然有限。目前常规外科手术须在深低温全麻和体外循环下进行,操作复杂,创伤较大,同时术后并发症的发生率和病死率均较高。

We closured a patient with aortic arch limit aortic dissection（Stanford type A）under transesophageal echocardiography guiding,without complications,blood transfusion,extracorporeal circulation.The curative effect was satisfied.So surgical closure contributed to reduce the trauma and avoid complex surgery in patient,while reduce damage from X-ray to doctors in the ascending aorta and aortic arch with limited dissection.
