成功抢救指引导管致冠状动脉多处夹层临床分析——附1例报道

Successful rescue in the coronary artery dissection induced by guide catheter-one case report

冠状动脉（冠脉）夹层是冠脉介入治疗中的一种较为常见的并发症,其预后与发生的部位、程度及累及范围有关,有时可造成极为严重的后果,如急性心肌梗死、心源性休克,甚至死亡。本文就1例成功抢救多发冠脉夹层报道如下。1病例资料患者,女,65岁,主因间断胸闷、气促8年余,加重2天,再发10h入院。

Coronary artery dissection is one of the common complications in coronary artery intervention treatment.The prognosis is associated with the position,degree and scope of coronary artery dissection.It sometimes causes very serious outcomes,such as acute myocardial infarction,cardiac shock,and even death.There was a case report about a successful rescue in multiple coronary artery dissection induced by guide catheter.
