常染色体显性多囊肾合并DeBakeyⅠ型主动脉夹层动脉瘤1例

Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney with DeBakey type Ⅰ aortic dissecting aneurysm-one case report

常染色体显性多囊肾（autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease）患者常合并心血管疾病,如高血压、左心室肥大、二尖瓣脱垂、主动脉瓣关闭不全、颅内动脉瘤（ICA）等疾病-[1],而合并DeBakeyⅠ型主动脉夹层动脉瘤者非常少见,现报道1例。1病例资料患者,男,29岁,因＂胸腹部疼痛1d＂于2014年12月急诊入院。患者入院前1天活动后突发胸腹部疼痛,位置位于心前区及上腹部,性质为撕裂样,呈持续性,休息后不缓解,伴后腰部疼痛,不伴有大汗。

Patients with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney（ADPKD）were complicated with cardiovascular diseases commonly,such as high blood pressure,left ventricular hypertrophy,mitral valve prolapse,and intracranial aneurysm.The combination of DeBakey typeⅠaortic dissecting aneurysm was very rare.In this paper,we reported a case with ADPKD and DeBakey typeⅠaortic dissecting aneurysm.
