葫芦脲[8]对罗丹明B的包结作用研究

摘要 合成出葫芦脲[8]与罗丹明B形成的超分子配合物,并采用分光光度法测定配合物稳定常数为3.0×104L/mol。实验结果表明,葫芦脲[8]与罗丹明B形成了稳定的超分子配合物,对罗丹明B有较好的吸附脱色能力,当投料摩尔比为2∶1时,脱色率最高。 The properties of cucurbit[8]uril as a ligand coordinated with rhodamine B was studied by Spectrophotometric method, and the stability constant of the complex was determined to be 3.0 ×104 L/mol. The results indicate that cucurbit[8]uril can form the stable complex with rhodamine B, and has a good adsorbing and decoloriz-ing effect on Rhodamine B. The decolorizing effect proves the best when the mole ratio(cucurbit[8]uril and rhodamine B) is 2∶1.
