现代生活方式下的商业街区外部空间设计策略探析 被引量:4

摘要 随着我国经济社会的快速发展,消费能力的提高、网购的普及、体验经济的兴起及人们闲暇时间的增多构成了现代生活方式的主要特征。这些变化要求商业街区应有特色的空间及优美的环境,并对休闲娱乐功能及社会交往功能的需求增强,商业街区不再是单一的购物空间,对文化体验等精神享受的需求也日益增加。在此背景下,文中结合相关案例及实践,提出了商业街区外部空间设计的目标及相应策略。 With the rapid development of the social and economy in our country, the improvement of consumption capacity, the popularity of online shopping and the rise of the experience economy and the increase of more leisure time are characteristic of the modern lifestyle. The changes demand that commercial blocks should be equipped with specific space and a beautiful environment; and the recreational function and social function are greatly needed, thus the commercial blocks are no longer a single shopping space, which shows that spiritual enjoyment such as cultural experience grows up day by day. In this context, the paper proposes the target and the strategy of outside space design in commercial blocks based on the case study and practice.
