从保留灌肠器具的选择、灌肠方法、体位改变和插入深度、生大黄剂量、灌肠时间、灌肠液温度、速度等方面对生大黄保留灌肠治疗急性胰腺炎的研究进展进行综述,以期为规范生大黄灌肠操作程序提供参考。

It introduced rhubarb retention enema in treatment of acute pancreatitis patients from selection of re- tention enema equipments,enema methods, postural changes and insertion depth, rhubarb dose,retention time, enema liquid temperature and enema speed,so as to provide references for standardization of rhubarb enema.
