摘要
计算了一款HPDI发动机活塞在三种不同燃烧室的温度和应力分布,得到了相同外界条件下不同的温度场和应力场,结合实际实验确定了结果的合理性。对比了三种燃烧室的温度场和应力场差异,从燃烧室结构的方面深度分析了造成差异的原因,最后选取了最佳燃烧室的方案。
By calculating an HPDI engine's temperature fields and stress fields of three different pistons, we obtained the dif- ferent temperature fields and stress fields under the same condition. Compared with the actual result obtained by experiments, we ensured the correctness of our result. Then we contrasted the differences of three kinds of pistons, find the reasons from structure aspect mainly and analyze some reasons from other respects. Considering the differences and the reasons, we choose the most suitable piston for the engine finally.
