驾驶室双扭杆作用规律研究

摘要 以某中型卡车驾驶室双扭杆翻转机构为研究对象,建立了准确的几何模型和力学模型,利用MATLAB程序计算了驾驶室升降过程中双扭杆的作用规律,通过分析几何关系和摩擦力对升降过程的影响,指出了翻转机构设计中的简化计算和精确计算之间的较大差异,对卡车驾驶室双扭杆翻转机构的准确设计和升降规律的优化改进有较好的借鉴价值。 The tilting mechanism with torsion bar-type dual of the medium-sized truck cab as the research object, the geo- metric model and mechanical model are established accurately. Effect of torsion bar-type dual in the cab lifting process is calcu- lated by using MATLAB program. Through the analysis of the influence of geometry and friction to the lifting process, the differ- ences between simplified calculation and accurate calculation in the tilting mechanism design is pointed out. It has important sig- nificance to the accurate design and the optimization of medium truck cab tilting mechanism with torsion bar-type dual.
