摘要
为改善某后鼓式制动器车型在新下线时的驻车制动性能,解决无法驻坡的问题,建立了摩擦片和制动鼓尺寸的数学模型,进行相应公式推导和分析,得出摩擦片和制动鼓两种接触方式的优劣点,以及影响驻车性能的基本原理。同时提出了针对摩擦片外径尺寸的优化措施,通过实车改善后的试验验证,论证了理论分析和实际改善的一致性。
To improve the parking brake performance of the new car with rear drum brake when going off the production line, and to solve the problem that the car can't be parked on the standard slope, first, establish the mathematical model about brake lining dimension and brake drum dimension, then deduce the formula to analyze the relationship, finally, point out the advantage and disadvantage of two contact ways between brake lining and brake drum, and why to affect the parking performance. At the same time, 'the radius of lining is improved, and by testing the vehicle parking brake performance, the result demonstrates the consistency between the analysis and the practice.
