摘要
针对168FB汽油机启动转速高、转速波动大、在北方难启动和易熄火等问题。本文分析了可能的故障原因,通过排除进气系统、化油器的故障因素,最终将故障原因锁定在汽油机调速机构上。通过分析调速机构工作原理、简化构建理论计算模型、推理计算调速复位弹簧刚度、实验修正复位弹簧刚度、生产图纸修改与完善等一系列步骤与措施,解决了汽油机启动转速高、加载转速波动大和易熄火等问题,最终使调速机构与汽油机性能匹配。
In view of the high starting speed, huge speed fluctuation differences, difficulty of starting in the north and strong ten- dency to flame out, etc. of 168FB gasoline engine, possible causes of failure were analyzed. By excluding the air intake system, car- buretor failure factors, fault reason was eventually locked in the gasoline engine speed regulation mechanism. Through the analysis of the working principle of speed regulation mechanism, simplifying and constructing the theoretical calculation model, reasoning and computing speed reset spring stiffness, modifying and resetting spring stiffness, producing drawings modification and perfect- ing, and so on, the problems of high starting speed, huge speed fluctuation differences, and strong tendency to flame out, etc. of gasoline engine were solved, and eventually the speed regulating mechanism and performance of gasoline engine were matched.
