摘要
针对当前行星齿轮式汽车自动变速器工作原理复杂及大多数教材讲解不到位的现状,采用理实一体化的教学模式,通过速度矢量图分析挡位动力传递路线并计算传动比,深入分析单向离合器的工作特性、液压系统的设计特点,以及辛普森式、改进辛普森式、拉维娜式等典型行星齿轮自动变速器的内在结构特点,提高学生的综合实践能力和创新思维能力,为自主设计自动变速器提供依据。
Nowadays, the working principle of planetary-gear-type automobiles" automatic transmissions is too complex, while most of the textbooks cannot explain it clearly. Using the practice-theory integrated teaching pattern, this paper analyzes the power transmission routes of different gears via velocity vectors and then calculates their transmission ratios. Wharfs more, it has a deep analysis on the working characteristics of the one-way clutch, the designing features of the hydraulic system and the internal struc- ture characteristics of some typical planetary-gear automatic transmission like the Simpson's, the Modified Simpson's and the Rav- igneaux's. It comes out that not only the learner's comprehensive practical abilities, but also their creative thinking are improved. Still, it provides evidential supports for the independent design of the automatic transmissions.
