摘要
针对动车组牵引电机检修铭牌铆钉脱落原因进行查找分析,同时对检修铭牌铆钉铆接方式和螺栓紧固方式进行拉升试验分析,确认动车组牵引电机检修铭牌采用螺栓紧固安装可靠性强于铆钉铆接。
This paper analyzes the reasons of falling off of EMU traction motor maintenance nameplate rivet and does pulling test analysis on maintenance nameplate rivet and bolt fastening mode,confirming that the EMU traction motor maintenance nameplate installation reliability of bolts is higher than rivet.
