摘要
工业化发展,给人类带来便利的同时,也加速了环境污染,其中工业废水污染尤为严重。鉴于水资源有限,各国都在研究高效的废水处理技术。文章阐述了SBR小型废水处理的结构和工艺流程,并对小型SBR废水处理进行了硬件设计,主控制器选用西门子公司的S7-200系列CPU224,检测部分选用水位传感器和EM231数模转换器,主电路选用5个接触器对清水泵罗茨风机和阀门电动机等进行控制。软件上通过STEP 7-Micro/WIN软件对PLC进行编程,包括主程序、自动控制子程序和手动控制子程序等,最终完成了集中SBR废水处理系统的设计。
The development of industrialization accelerates the environmental pollution,the industrial wastewater pollution is particularly serious.This paper expounds the structure and process of SBR small wastewater treatment,and does hardware design for SBR small wastewater treatment,the main controller uses S7-200 series CPU224 of SIEMENS company,detection part uses water level sensor and EM231 converter,the software uses STEP 7-Micro/WIN software to program,including the main program,automatic control and manual control subroutine subroutine,finally the design of centralized SBR wastewater treatment system is completed.
