摘要
文章分析高职人才培养模式现存不足,借鉴国外现代学徒制下高职人才培养模式的先进经验,结合我国的实际情况,构建具有中国特色的现代学徒制下高职人才培养模式。
Based on the analysis the existing problemsof higher vocational talents training mode and the advanced experience from foreign modern apprenticeship,combined with the actual situation of our country,to build the modern apprenticeship talent cultivation mode of higher vocational educationwith Chinese characteristics.
