子宫内膜-肌层结合带的结构、功能与子宫腺肌病的关系

The Structure and Function of Uterine Endometrial-Myometrial Junctional Zone and Its Relationship with Adenomyosis

尽管目前对于子宫腺肌病的诊疗有了很大的进步,但其发病机制尚未明确。在过去的50多年里,研究者们提出了许多理论,最被广泛接受的是子宫腺肌病是由内膜基底层向下浸润生长嵌入肌层导致的,但内膜是如何浸润生长的仍在研究中。而子宫内膜-肌层结合带的自我损伤与自我修复导致子宫内膜浸润、增殖,在子宫腺肌病发生、发展中也起着重要作用。

At present, although there has been a great advance in the diagnosis and treatment of adenomyosis,its pathogenesis is not yet clear. In the past 50 years, many theories have been put forward. By far, the most widely accepted is the basal layer invading myometrium, though the way of how to invade is still under study. The auto-traumatisation and auto-repair of uterine endometrial-myometrial junctional zone could lead to endometrial infiltration and proliferation, playing an important role in the occurrence and development of adenomyosis.
