摘要 在过去的几年里,与左心室相比,左心房经常被称作"被遗忘的腔室",如今许多研究证明,左心房在心血管疾病患者的临床表现和预后中起关键性作用。超声心动图通过最初的一维心房内径量化,然后二维面积和容积评估早期发现心房几何异常。直到现在,在传统的超声心动图参数基础上,逐渐发展起来的超声心动图新技术,如应变多普勒,二维斑点追踪和三维超声心动图,在早期评估左心房功能障碍以及检测早期解剖改变发生前均发挥着基础性作用。 In the past few years, compared with left ventricular, the left atrium is often called the "forgotten chamber" ,today, many studies have shown that the left atrium plays a critical role in the clinical expression and prognosis of patients with heart and cardiovascular disease. Echocardiography by the original one-dimensional atrium quantization, then the two-dimensional area and volume assessment can realize early detection of abnormal atrial geometry. Until now, based on the conventional echocardiographic parameters, new echocardiographic technologies are gradually developed, such as strain Doppler,2D speckle tracking and 3D echocardiography,which play a fundamental role in early assessment of left atrial dysfunction and changes before anatomical change.
