以氧化铟锡为导电基体材料构建新型全固态铵离子选择电极及其应用

摘要 [目的]建立一种快速检测铵离子的方法。[方法]以氧化铟锡为导电基体材料构建新型的全固态铵离子选择电极,并研究其应用效果。[结果]该电极检测铵离子的线性范围在1×10^-4~1×10^-1mol/L,响应斜率为(43.8±0.1)m V/dec,检测下限为3.27×10^-5mol/L。[结论]该电极响应时间较快,且具有较强的稳定性和抗干扰能力,适用于水及废水中铵的测定。 [Objective] The aim was to establish a method for rapid detection of ammonium ion.[Method] With indium tin oxide(ITO) as conductive base material,a new type of solid ammonium ions selective electrode was constructed,the application effect was studied.[Result]The results showed that the electrode has a linear potential response at concentration range of 1 × 10^-4-1 × 10^-1mol / L,with a slope of(43.8 ± 0.1) m V/dec and a detection limit of 3.27 × 10^-5mol / L.[Conclusion] The electrode has short response time,good stability and capacity of resisting disturbance,which is suitable for the detection of ammonium ion in water and waste water.
