摘要
[目的]建立一种快速检测铵离子的方法。[方法]以氧化铟锡为导电基体材料构建新型的全固态铵离子选择电极,并研究其应用效果。[结果]该电极检测铵离子的线性范围在1×10^-4~1×10^-1mol/L,响应斜率为(43.8±0.1)m V/dec,检测下限为3.27×10^-5mol/L。[结论]该电极响应时间较快,且具有较强的稳定性和抗干扰能力,适用于水及废水中铵的测定。
[Objective] The aim was to establish a method for rapid detection of ammonium ion.[Method] With indium tin oxide(ITO) as conductive base material,a new type of solid ammonium ions selective electrode was constructed,the application effect was studied.[Result]The results showed that the electrode has a linear potential response at concentration range of 1 × 10^-4-1 × 10^-1mol / L,with a slope of(43.8 ± 0.1) m V/dec and a detection limit of 3.27 × 10^-5mol / L.[Conclusion] The electrode has short response time,good stability and capacity of resisting disturbance,which is suitable for the detection of ammonium ion in water and waste water.
