摘要
[目的]筛选重金属稻米低积累及稻草高富集品种,供生产应用。[方法]选取早中晚主栽水稻品种18个,同时在重金属污染的2个土壤背景条件下做品种比较试验,通过采样和检测各品种稻米和稻草中As、Cd、Pb含量,分析不同品种稻米和稻草重金属吸收量的差异及分配。[结果]不同水稻品种在同一土壤背景中重金属吸收量差异大;同一品种在不同土壤背景中重金属吸收规律不完全一致;同一品种在同一背景中对不同重金属元素的吸收量有差异,且有的不超标,有的超标;除少数品种稻草对个别重金属元素的吸收量小于稻米外,其他均是稻草大于稻米。[结论]早稻中9优547、中稻新两优223和晚稻宜优207可在土壤取样区域推广应用。
[Objective] The aim was to screen out rice variety with millet low accumulation and straw high enrichment of heavy metals,and applicated in production.[Method] Selecting 18 main rice cultivars including early rice,middle rice and late rice,variety comparative tests were conducted under two backgrounds of heavy metal contaminated soil,through sampling and detecting As,Cd,Pb content in millet and rice straw,the difference and allocation of heavy metal absorption of different varieties millet and straw were analyzed.[Result]Different rice varieties had significant difference in heavy metal absorption under same soil;the absorption law of the same rice variety was not completely consistent;under the same background,the same rice variety also had differences in various heavy metals adsorption;heavy metals adsorption quantity of rice straw were greater than that of millet,except for a few varieties of rice straw and individual heavy metals.[Conclusion] Early rice Zhongjiuyou 547,middle-season rice Xinliangyou 223 and late rice Yiyou 207 can be applicated in soil sampling area.
