摘要
[目的]探讨在低温敞口条件下更高效地检测植物样品中的汞。[方法]首先在低温敞口环境下溶解植物样品,然后利用电感耦合等离子质谱仪测定其中的汞元素,对比分析几种组合溶剂分解样品后的检测结果。[结果]试验表明,HNO3和K2Cr2O7组合分解植物样品检测效果最佳,植物样中汞的检出限可达到0.1 ng/g,相对标准偏差小于10%,回收率在92%~107%。[结论]该试验建立的方法完全可满足实验室检测要求,且电感耦合等离子质谱测定植物样中汞元素,灵敏度和检出限与原子荧光光谱相当,记忆效应不明显,还可实现自动进样。
[Objective] To decompose plant sample and to detect the mercury content under the environment of low-temperature exposure dissolution.[Method] Mercury content was detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer(ICP-MS).The results were detected by comparing the samples decomposed by several kinds of combination solvents.[Result]HNO3and K2Cr2O7 combination had the optimal detection effects.The detection limit of mercury in plant sample reached 0.1 ng / g,the relative standard deviation was less than 10%;and the recovery rate was between 92% and 107%.[Conclusion]Detecting mercury content by ICP-MS shows equivalent sensitivity and detection limit to Atomic Fluorescence Spectroscopy,its memory effect is not obvious,and it can realize automatic test.
