五加生化胶囊联合米索前列醇片治疗药物流产后蜕膜残留的疗效观察

The Efficacy of Deciduas Residual of Medical Abortion by Wujia Shenghua Capsule(五加生化胶囊) Combined with Misoprostol Tablet:A Clinical Observation

目的:观察五加生化胶囊联合米索前列醇片治疗药物流产后蜕膜残留的疗效。方法:将177例药物流产后蜕膜残留患者随机分为研究组、对照组和清宫组各59例。对照组采用米索前列醇片治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加服五加生化胶囊治疗,清宫组采用常规清宫术治疗。观察3组阴道流血止血效果、平均止血时间、治愈率等。结果:研究组、对照组、清宫组的止血有效率分别为96.6%、83.1%和98.3%,研究组和清宫组止血有效率高于对照组;研究组、对照组、清宫组止血平均时间(3.24±1.23)d、(5.32±1.65)d和(3.15±1.18)d,研究组和清宫组止血时间低于对照组。研究组、对照组、清宫组治愈率分别为96.6%、81.4%和98.3%,研究组和清宫组高于对照组。结论:五加生化胶囊联合米索前列醇治疗药物流产后蜕膜残留疗效确切。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy Wujia Shenghua capsule combined with misoprostol tablet on on patients with deciduas residual of medical abortion. Methods： The 117 cases with deciduas residual of medical abortion were divided randomly into the study group, control group and curratage group, 59 in each. Patients were treated with misoprostol tablet in control group, Wujia Shenghua capsule combined with misoprostol tablet in research group, and routine curettage uterine in curratage group. The hemostatic effect, mean hemostatic time and cure rate were observed in three groups. Results： The hemostatic effect rates were 96.6%, 83.1% and 98.3% respectively in the study group, control group and curratage group. The study group and curratage group showed better effect rate than the control group, and those of curratage group and study were higher than that of control group. The mean hemostatic time was （3.24±1.23）d, （5.32±1.65）d and （3.15±1.18）d respectively in the study group, control group and curratage group, and the study group and curratage group showed shorter hemostatic time than the control group. And those of curratage group and study were higher than that of control group. The cure rate was 96.6%, 81.4% and 98.3% respectively in the study group, control group and curratage group, and the study group and curratage group showed higher cure rate than the control group. Conclusion： Wujia Shenghua capsule combined with misoprostol tablet can provide reliable clinical efficacy on patients with deciduas residual of medical abortion.
