摘要
目的:掌握中医药标准化发展趋势,明确中医药标准化文献分布特点、核心研究群及主要研究方向。方法:应用文献计量学的方法,纳入2010—2014年以"中医药标准化"为研究主题的期刊文献,对其每年发文量、地域和机构、期刊、作者、关键词及研究主题进行统计分析。结果:纳入文献1822篇,发文量总体呈逐年增长趋势;华北地区以551篇(30.24%)居发文地域首位,中国中医科学院以107篇(5.87%)居发文机构首位,共计311种期刊刊载标准化研究文献;参与发文的798家机构共有4926位作者;研究主题以技术和管理类标准所占比例较大,标准评价反馈工作力度逐年增强。结论:中医药标准化研究呈逐年升温趋势,已形成了相对稳定的研究核心,当前研究热点主要集中在临床诊疗过程标准化。
Objective： To analyze the distribution situations of papers related to the Standardization for Tra- ditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） in order to figure out the core research groups and the major research topics. Methods： We used literature metrology method to analyze the journal articles of Standardization for Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2010 to 2014, including articles, geographical and institutional, authors, keywords and re- search topics. Results： There were 1,822 academic papers collected and analyzed in 311 academic journals. North China contributed most of papers and China Academy of TCM contributed most of papers as a research institution （551, 30.24%）. These papers involved 798 institutions and 4,926 authors, and technology and manage- ment are the two most mentioned topics （107, 5.87%）. Conclusion： The research of the standardization for TCM takes on ascend trend year by year; a relatively stable core research has been being formed; studies focusing on standardization for clinical diagnosis and treatment process are research hot spot at present.
