摘要 成纤维细胞生长因子18(FGF18)是成纤维细胞生长因子家族的成员之一,参与调控一系列重要的生长发育过程,包括脑的发育、肢体和躯干的形成、骨骼生长发育和胚胎发育等。就FGF18在脊椎动物胚胎发育时期的神经系统、呼吸系统、骨骼、肢体及不对称发育等组织、器官中的表达和调控作用进行了综述,以期为药物开发提供理论依据。 Fibroblast growth factor 18(FGF18) is a member of the fibroblast growth factor family,involved in regulating a series of important process,including brain development,limbs and torso formation,skeletal growth and embryonic development etc.In this research,we reviewed the expression and regulatory role of fibroblast growth factor 18(FGF18) in neural system,respiratory system,skeleton,limb and directional asymmetry development,which provided theoretical references for its drug development.
