理中丸加味穴位敷贴治疗小儿久泻的疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of Infantile Diarrhea by Modified Lizhong Pill(理中丸) Acupoint Sticking Therapy: A Clinical Observation

目的:探讨理中丸加味穴位敷贴治疗小儿久泻的临床疗效。方法:选取64例脾胃虚寒型慢性腹泻小儿,随机分为对照组与治疗组各32例。两组均予相同常规治疗,治疗组再予理中丸加味穴位敷贴治疗。观察两组治疗前后细胞免疫指标(CD4、CD8)及腹泻症状积分变化。结果:治疗组治疗后CD4水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),而CD8水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组CD4水平明显高于治疗前(P<0.01),而CD8水平明显低于治疗前(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后腹泻症状积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。总有效率对照组为68.8%,治疗组为90.6%;两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:理中丸加味穴位敷贴治疗小儿久泻疗效确切,能提高患儿免疫力。

Objective： To explore clinical efficacy of Modified Lizhong Pill acupoint sticking therapy on infantile diarrhea. Methods： There were 64 cases of chronic infantile diarrhea with spleen and stomach deficient cold syndrome, selected and randomly divided into control and treatment groups, 32 cases in each. Patients were treated by the same routine therapy in two groups, and the patients were given Modified Lizhong Pill acupoint sticking therapy in treatment group. The cellular immune index （CD4 and CD8） and diarrhea symptoms integral change were observed in two groups. Results： The treatment group showed higher CD4 levels than the control group after the treatment （P〈0.01）, as well as lower CD8 levels than the control group （P〈O.01）; The CDg levels significantly increased and CD8 levels decreased in treatment （P〈0.01）. The treatment group showed lower diarrhea symptom score than the control group after the treatment, with statistical difference （P〈0.01）. The total effective rate was 68.8% in control group and 90.6% in treatment group, and the difference was statistical （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Modified Lizhong Pill acupoint sticking therapy showed good efficacy on infantile diarrhea, and it can improve the immunity of patients.
