摘要
目的:建立复方酸枣仁膏质量标准。方法:采用TLC法鉴别川芎、甘草;采用HPLC法测定本制剂中阿魏酸的含量。色谱条件:流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(22∶78∶1),检测波长为323 nm,流速为0.6 m L/min;柱温为室温。结果:采用的薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离度较好,阴性无干扰。HPLC法检测阿魏酸的线性范围为0.02650~0.47670μg,平均回收率为96.81%。结论:本实验方法简单,重复性好,可进行定性、定量检测,用于复方酸枣仁膏的质量控制。
Objectives: To establish the quality standards for the paste of compounded spine date seed. Methods: Gancao (Licorice) and Chuanxion (Ligusticum Chuanxiong) were identified by the thin-layer chromatog- raphy (TLC). The content of the ferulic acid in the preparation was formulated by the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Mobile Phase was Methanol-Water-Acetic Acid (22:78:1); Detected Wavelength was 323 nm; Current Velocity was 0.6 mL/min; column temperature was room temperature. Results: The clear dappled spot. Good separation and no negative interference in the miscellaneous TLC. The linear range is 0.02650- 0.47670 μg for the ferulic acid by the HPLC. The RSD is 1.29%. The average recovery rate is 96.81%. Con- clusions: The establishment of the quality standards. The methods could be used for quality controlling of the paste of compounded spine date seed.
