The Constitution of Modernity of Medical Science:Re-discussion of Medicine and Science

现代化与现代性是两个有联系但性质又不相同的概念。现代医学的困境,来自以基于构成性整体形成的还原方法研究人体生命这一特殊的生成性整体。构建医学的现代性,就是要用现代性的精神,修正医学沿着传统科学理念前进中的缺陷与不足,在追求医学的普遍性、确定性、必然性、可通约性的同时,以宽容和开放的态度对待医学,承认医学研究中的多样性、差异性、不确定性和不可通约性,正确处理客观性与主体性的统一,始终保持批判和自我反思的精神,以新的科学理念看待医学。

The concepts of modernity and modernizations are relevant but different.The dilemma of the modern medicine is originated from the use of reductionism in the research of human life,which is generated specifically as generative whole.In order to construct the modernity of medicine,we need to cross over the traditional science idea,and correct the defect of the modern medicine by using the spirit of modernity.In addition,in order to explore the unity,certainty,inevitability of medicine,we should have open and warm spirit and attitude towards modern medicine,admit the diversity,difference,uncertainty,contingency in medical research,treat the unity of subjects and objects correctly,keep critical thinking and self-reflecting,re-understand medicine with new scientific concepts.
