在明确养老伦理社会基础变化的基础上,阐释蕴含着时代精神的养老理念和养老服务,临终关怀在养老服务体系中将独立化为服务模块并逐渐凸显其复合性价值。临终关怀是养老服务中医学人文精神的体现,将演进为现代养老服务的具体内容、专业活动和自觉筹划。确立临终关怀的内涵,梳理临终关怀的外延,论述临终关怀在养老服务中的角色与实施路径。临终关怀在养老服务中将更加广泛而深入地被医务工作者、养老护理员所关注,临终关怀作为养老服务的必要、重要外延将与餐饮、文娱等服务协同发展。

On the basis of clarifying the changes of social norms,this paper discussed the pension services conception and practice reflecting the spirit of the time.The author argued that hospice care should be taken as an independent module in the whole system of pension services with the highlighted compound value.Hospice care,carrying the spirit of medical humanity,should evolve into the specific content,professional activities and active plan of modern pension services.Meanwhile,both of the connotation and extension of hospice care were addressed,and the roles and approaches for hospice care to be integrated into pension services were also analyzed.In conclusion,as a necessary and important extension of pension services,hospice care will attract more and more attentions of medical staff and caregivers,and will have synergetic development with catering,entertainment and other services.
