摘要
为推进我国交通基础设施军民融合深度发展,基于国家综合交通体系的基本架构,提出了战略通道建设的总体思路、基本原则与建设目标,分析和梳理了战略通道建设模式,并提出了国家综合交通体系的战略通道建设的对策措施。
In order to promote military-civilian integration in the traffic infrastructure construction in our country,based on the structure of the our national integrated transportation system,this paper puts forward the overall concept,the basic principles and the general objectives of strategic thoroughfare construction. The construction mode and the corresponding measures are also proposed.
