基于主成分分析的综合多因子装备物资分类方法

Multi-factor Synthetic Classification Method of Equipment Materials by PCA

为实现库存物资的细化分类,进一步提高库存控制效率,分析了当前装备物资分类方法的实际情况及特点,通过设计物资重要性评价指标,建立分类指标的主成分分析模型,将单一的物资分类法改进为多目标、多因素的多因子综合分类法。通过实例分析,验证了该分类法的可行性。

For subdivision of inventory material and improvement of inventory control,this paper first analyzes the present classification methods,and then designs the material priority index with which the principal component analysis（ PCA）model is established. The single target classification method is subdivided into a multi-objective and synthetic multi-factor one whose feasibility is verified by a case analysis.
