摘要
为进一步促进我军作战能源建设可持续发展,在分析美国陆军作战能源战略转型主要做法与特点的基础上,以美军有益经验为借鉴,结合我军建设实际,对加快构建具有我军特色的新型陆军作战能源保障体系提出对策建议。
In order to ensure the sustainability of the operational energy with our army,this paper introduces the practice of the US army in its operational energy strategic transformation. Considering the experience of US army and the present situation of our army,this paper puts forward some suggestions as to how to construct a unique operational energy supporting system in our army.
