从要素角度谈提高实战化训练水平的对策

Improving Combat Training Level by Exploiting Key Training Elements

为深化我军实战化训练理论研究,推进实战化训练工作的开展,研究了军事训练中的组训者、训练对象、训练内容、训练方法、训练资源和训练管理6个方面的要素,及其这些要素在实战化训练中的主导作用、主体作用、核心作用、桥梁作用、保障作用和规范作用,对提高实战化训练水平具有重要意义。

Theoretical study and promotion of the combat training of our army requires the exploration of the key elements of military training： trainer,trainee,content,method,resource and management with trainer as the leading element,trainee as the responding element,content as the core element,method as the bridging element,resource as the supporting element and management as the formalizing element. This study is of great significance to the improvement of combat training level of our army.
