二尖瓣反流:预测心脏再同步治疗效果的新指标 被引量:4

摘要 心脏再同步治疗(CRT)在传统的双腔起搏基础上增加了左心室起搏,从而恢复心室的同步收缩功能。这一技术已应用于临床治疗心力衰竭(心衰)伴心室失同步的患者,并对纽约心脏病协会(NYHA)心功能分级Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ级的患者均可以显著降低病死率与住院率,改善患者预后。
